I quite like the ratios on the 6 speed. ££ will have the final say if I go down this route or not!
Front door handles de-locked and the full set primed

Took you long enough to catch up with delocked handles.
Pull thy finger out and get it finished.

Nope, was a genuine mk2 xr2 Ian
Ended up like this after a driver who had a stroke lost consciousness and ran into the back of me
I owned a mk1 2 years after the mk2

No, your right. It was even harder to do as they were in the door itself
Needed a plate welding in before the filler work
If you want de locked handles, then that was done to my last Fiesta in 2009

Made a start on the interior (nice warm inside job) wrapping them in black material (hate the cream) this is the left and right C pillar trim, one done one not! The headliner and A & B pillar trims will be getting the same treatment

What are you using as an adhesive there?

A strong spray adhesive similar to what carpet fitters use.

I'll send mine across to you for trimming
I couldn't find a material flexible enough so I've started down the plasti-dip route although I've pimped the roof liner in red suede - that's a pig of a job BTW

The pillar trims are a pig to do too, especially the b pillars!
I've done a few MK6 Fiesta headliners that were more curvy than the Scooby one so I'm hoping i'll manage it ok *crosses fingers* The key is cheap (therefore thinner suede) still has very little give in it though!

I'm looking for a set of 17s to replace my 18s and it all depends on whether you're comparing the price to new alloys or not...

mmm i dunno about this trev, the wheels set the whole car off, and they are space savers at the end of the day, so not very nice looking imo, will reserve judgement until they are painted and on the car thou
