Nice one, it already looks better.
Remove the bung from the pipe if it has one.

You can see it here, it is like a funnel

In fact there are a whole load of restrictions in it (another bung on the bumper side) which is why it makes the sound it is renown for.
I've removed all the restrictions from mine and converted it to 3", it sounds like a Prodrive one now though.
Another one of the bung

If you just remove the bung from the diff side it will still retain its sound.

I'll have a try. See if it's there and of it will come out.

Hi, nice progress!
You seem to know your stuff so regarding your headlights.. Mine are abit more hazey then yours were but not toobad just at the top. Was going to buy a restoration kit (with the different sanding pads and sealer) But ive read this is a bad idea as it removes the uv layer and the headlights go yellowand hazzy again verry quickley!?
Whats the best least agressive route. ive read plastic deoxidiser work best but cant find any
thanks!

If there bad I use 2000 grit paper, followed by a 3m trizact pad, then 3m fast cut on a machine polisher. Usually works well. But they will always tarnish. Cheap plastic

Can you upload a video of what it sounds like?

Also when you hit the main part of the backbox with your thumb, does it make a noise like an empty tin can or does it sound like it's full?

You'll know what I mean when you do the same to your Cobra backbox.

i've just fitted the resonated center and its made a massive difference, its got rid of that straight through rasp, sounds just a bit louder than say a prodrive now,

so happy with that, its a compromise tbh, i would like more sound, but the genome is in keeping with the look im going for.

The Genome box complements the rest of the car, best choice. Thought you was going to ruin it with a Blitz nur spec

finally got round to doing the geo on the spec c.

since i got it the steering wheel has always been off centre, then last week we had to remove the camber bolts to change the cv boot,

i forgot to save the before measurements but iirc the front camber was equal at about -0.41 but the toes were something like 0.30 and -0.15 at the front, the rear only one wheels toe was out,

heres my final setup, not too extreme and this is the maximum camber i could get equally, the nearside would actually go to -1.10
