I was the same when it comes to menthol and minty vapes but last few days I've been on some new fruity stuff,can tell you they were giving me some serious stomach pains
Made up a batch of TW mint humbug and can honestly say it's pretty nice
And not in pain anymore lol
I did read on planet of vapes about a few people having stomach pains/acid on some of the fruity ones so will leave them alone for now(probably just certain ones?)
Like the sound of the Heisenberg so will probably order some,give the homebrew a break for a bit

 

Rach complains of heart burn at times with certain flavours, presume it makes people have excessive acid........

So far with this i have been fine, so refreshing! Hopefully my online order bottles will come today!

Yeh I've never had any trouble with any of the flavors until now,maybe 20% is too much for the ones I had bother with? Will just play it safe and avoid these ones anyway,so many to choose from so no probs,certainly won't put me off

 

Yea Ossett i love that mint humbug from TW as well, i've made that before.

This Crown tank and more specifically the dual coils kick ***, now that i've been toking on it for a few days. With the subtank mini after a day you could notice a difference in flavour, vapour etc from their BVC coils, these Crown coils just keep on giving. I've heard that they can last 4 weeks or more as well, bonus. They do take a bit longer (about half a tank) to get properly going than the subtank ones, but when they're nicely wicked up, they are so much better. The ones i'm on are 0.5ohm as well, so can get even more out of the 0.25ohm.

Re. the Kanger Nebox, have you seen some of the reviews for it? Looks like its a pile of poo of a modbox. I saw one vid showing the battery cap removal, looks like a royal pita!

 

Right, not the same so obviously their interpretation or clone or version of the flavour. It smells a bit different with a different cool/mint undertone(well a big tone really)

Not vaped it but seems ok, the one in my tank(left in pic) smells nicer for sure! .The clear(r/h in pic) is the one X3 come in today.

So imho try for the scripture version, however the other might be nice! My tanks are taken for now , so not sure when i will try, if i can i will do asap.

I can 100% recommend the blue one!!! Can not commit any recommendation yet for the other. But for what its worth(30ml) and the 15% off, not much to loose.

Got the crown 1st plus a pack of 0.15ohm Ni200's so only fair I use this one to start

Out of interest what sort of watts are you running on the crown?
Highest I've ever been is 40w but tend to vape in the 30's on the kanger mini.

 

The Crown's coils are all dual coil (except for the standard RBA) so I needed to up it from what I was used to on subtank mini (which as you know are single coil), my preferred choice is now 40W and above, I used 32W on the subtank. The kbox mini platinum goes up to 60W and its fine on that as well, if it a bit warm all the time. As the NI coils are 0.15ohm I would expect you might need to go to 40-45W maybe more, as you bed it in, start low say 30W and work it up til you find your sweet spot Remember the crown's coils take half a tank or so to bed in, so it might taste a bit 'off' to begin with, don't let it put you off, after a short time the flavour n vapour will really start to come through. And make sure you prep a new coil/saturate it well with e-juice as per usual before beginning.

I've seen vids where the crown is chain vaped at 100W+ with no dry hits or issues, it really is a decent tank.

 

I had the crown rocking on 0.15ohm at 160w with the x cube 2............it can be a daily vape or a show off beast

Right trying to vape the new Heisenberg and can say so far its not like it at all. Not as nice but early days yet so will need a day to see if worth trying or not, but treated as a different juice to the other blue one! Not getting any menthol or cool at all yet, kind of fruity and a little unsure. Trouble is i need the wicks to bed in and i dont want to put the blue down

Maybe try a vape shop and get them to order the scripture Heisenberg in if need be..........yes it is that good and worth it. Any decent vape shop should be able to get hold of it.

As these dripper bottle(nice yes) are a pita and time consuming, i just poured 3 into

Congrats and look forward to impressions, as per tank its hard to go wrong with either. The v3 is strictly rebuild-able, awesome base though, better top fill and holds around the same 4ml iirc.

Crown is more flexible(can buy coils too) RBA base is not as good......

v3 is more airy which i do like,both nicely made tanks, crown a tad more solid feel(both high quality though).

I have 2 of each, been using the v3 all the time as loving the vape. But you could put some down to being new..........

Get one now, maybe another later, that way not important. If you like your own coils and prefer RBA get the v3, if you like ready made coils then crown.

Not much help am I guess buy both have a couple of flavours on the go......

I will take my stuff to work tonight an make a few batches of different flavours,make a nice base for the V3 and fill both the crown and V3 with some different flavours.
Hopefully if the new mod turns up tomorrow I can spend the next night vaping both(6 hrs on each ) then I will have a good idea of my favorite,although I promised myself I wouldn't take the new kit to work,sure it won't harm for a couple of nights

I am kind of the same , trouble is we have our little fav vapes out of our fav kits. These i find i use even in work rather than put up with a 2nd best vape if makes sense(all good though!) .

Rate they get old is ridiculous, whats new today is old hat tomorrow.........well almost

One thing you will be made up with is the dual cell, double vape time as no doubt you have found out that sub ohm and say 30w............does not take long to eat up the mah of an 18650!!!! So size a compromise, soon get used to it and then the single mods feel tiny in the hand.

Long vape times, dual cell mods win!!! I will probably get one myself as i am soon gifting my mini kanger kit,fresh coil/wick to the Rach's nephew. He is struggling with his crap pen type............no need for greed!! So its his very soon............its been a cracker of a mod tbh and even though it was being used, it is going to a good cause!

 

Been trying and trying and not keen on the VM version at all, its chalk and cheese..........in fact imo that probably would be a nicer vape!!

NP, you can up the wattage after a few puffs, what i meant was it takes roughly half a tank to really shine

What i do is;

Prime/saturate the new coil/cotton around the top edge, let it soak in and repeat 2 or 3 times.
Drop 2 drops down the middle but make sure it hits the cotton and doesn't go right through the head.
Put a single drop into each juice hole in the head, Crown heads have 4.
Put the tank together and fill, leave a small gap at the top to aid wicking.
Important - Draw 4 to 5 times without firing.
Leave mod to stand for 1-2mins.
Depending on your mod - Start vaping at 20-30W, i usually take 5-10 normal draws, ramping up the wattage as i go.
Leave to stand again for 1-2mins.
Ramp up the wattage to usual level, 40W+ for me.

If you get bubbles then its all good as it means its wicking properly.

Create some fog and enjoy for a few weeks, before needing another coil

 

I don't think the Nebox is as good as I'd like it to be, battery not really an issue for me as once in that's it, plastic tank... not so good. I've tried one and it was great, good size and unlike tanks doesn't look like something Dr Who might use. But V2 will be better.

@ven yes I hear what you're saying about the cell changes,once a day min I change,handy to have a few charged and ready to go,will be nice to have the dual cell

Shop only had 50/50 and 3mg, Vapes awesome all the same and tbh it's hard to tell reg VG amount. If it would have had 70/30 I would not have thought otherwise . Does give the flavour a lot of punch though and being a tad thinner,wicks easier over higher VG content . Always a few + and - .....either way

 

Did not watch all the vid jack , have to admit it looks pretty impressive ! Like the style , really like the tank/coil design other than the fill, guess I am spoiled with the v3!

Mod wise again pretty neat, nice design, not over sure on the side screen. Could it be vulnerable (I am a clumsy *beep*). Dual cell is always a winner for run times on higher outputs . For a kit , the all in type, kind of a next step up from a mini in a way.

Not sure if I would buy one , if it's $70 over there then it will be £70-£80 here probably. Still seems good value ....

I don't care for the battery at all, but the cup style tank, liking that, nothing below the top cap to undo let alone leak. You should watch the video, literally 'chucking vapor' never seen it before.
