Owners discretion in England, this would affect vape shops, vape exhibitions and a few places that allow it. Personally the thought of a room full of vapor turns my stomach so I don't care and will continue stealthing a toke when no one's looking.

FYI the new Subox kit/tank uses revised OCC heads in the usual 0.5ohm or now 1.5ohm resistances.
The "old" OCC heads aren't compatible apparently which is a bit of a bummer.
Anyway got one on order as its 50W capable, 18650, charging point in the correct place on the new kbox mini and looks the dogs ********

Will be good to hear what it's like, not sure about the battery size reduction and I'm swaying towards this http://www.myvaporstore.com/Innokin-.../ink-cf401.htm

Ha! I always thought 18650 was 18 somethings! LOL. Carry on.

18650=18mm wide,65mm long(adding PCB add a few mm,so sometimes closer to an 18700).
Example, AA size are 14500 in 3.7v lithium 14mmx50mm
AAA-10440 10mmx44mm long

Right so the Kanger Subox Mini KBox 50W kit for those interested. It has a new and revised design for the Subtank mini and the OCC/RBA heads.
£50 from myepack.co.uk, price is excellent as its cheaper than the iStick 30W plus a Subtank mini.
You will need an 18650 cell as well. Kit comes in black or white. The white one also comes with an additional drip tip in black, nice touch.
Vertical coils FTW! the revised Subtank mini now has dual airholes but the biggest difference is the OCC heads have also been revised with deeper and bigger e-juice hole recesses and the coils are now vertical instead of horizontal to aid airflow. This makes a BIG difference, compared to the older V1 tank n heads, its awesome, even more flavour and slightly more hit.
The RBA deck/head has also been revised to improve e-juice flow and make it easier to build and use at a higer wattage. The mod can support down to 0.3ohm builds as well. It has a grub screw holding the chimney on now, which is alot easier to handle than the older design that used to get stuck after use.
The mod is a lovely thing to hold and use and the OLED display is better than that on the iStick. It has all the same features as the iStick except it does not show Volts, only shows Watts and other info. Handprint is slightly bigger than the iStick in height and depth and its a similar weight.
The batt cover is held on with strong magnets. It comes with stickers to wrap around the battery so it doesnt stand out through the battery cover, another nice touch.
If you have OCD my only concern would be that the ceramic finish might be easy to chip or scratch in a pocket.
Also for some reason the 510 connector is fixed and not sprung loaded, so if you want to use other tanks, they might not sit flush with the mod. Not sure why Kanger did this and it could be a big issue for some people.
So vaping at 20-30W using the OCC 0.5ohm head is a significantly nicer vape than on the older tank imo. The risk of dry hits has been massively reduced with this new design, not had a single one yet.
Pics, nice Kanger giftbox as usual;
The complete kit (doesn't come with additional o-rings or Pyrex tube this time though);
Size comparison to the iStick 30W with Subtank Mini v1;
Nice ceramic finish to the tank (You can't see it in the pic, but it now has dual airholes, one on each side of the tank);
New 1.5ohm OCC and RBA heads (not compatible with the V1 Subtank mini);
The 0.5ohm OCC head is different to the old one and also the new 1.5ohm one above in that the e-juice holes are larger and not recessed. Plus vertical coils are now used in the heads;

Nah, this iStick will have to break first, still like new.
Got to say my health is 100% better since I started this thread, probably more than that. I have shaken up my diet as well but vaping is no doubt the number 1 reason I'm fitter. Yesterday I left the house and rode a 20 mile loop, not far in the grand scheme of things but I rode fast most of the way and creamed it, could have done double.

has anyone else looked at those pandora box mods? id love to get one but its ridiculous, you have to be on facebook apparently. im not. you then have to join a secret list. i dont know how you do this, even if you are a user of facebook. you then have to wait until you get to the top of the list before you can buy one. im all for limited editions, but come on, this is taking the p**s!

thats the ones! they look superb but like you say, are mega bucks. then again could be an investment. from what i can gather once you get to the top of the list they cost around $400. ive seen one on ebay this week for double that. it seems to be the case with a lot of these designers. wapari designs being another producer.
