That looks lovely. Very similar to my car. Doesn't need coilovers IMO. Looks great now. I'll be staying on my Tein Springs.

Thanks. They suit the car perfect, just a pity they couldnt make them in a 45 offset to keep it simple for us but sure.

My rear shocks are shot and creak occasionally so I'll probably get some HSD coils or equivalent instead of buying OEM shocks which are very expensive.

I take it yours is a WRX?

Yep, mine is a crystal grey 06 WRX with splitter, STI spoiler etc. Know what you mean about the 45 offset. Have purchased camber bolts for front and rear to try and aid the wheel tuck, but will probably have to have the rears rolled eventually.

Springs mate.

Done the coilover route many items.

Never happy. Not suitable for every day but that's only my opinion.

Looks like I've sourced a set of Tein Springs of a forum member so I'm good to go.

I haven't set mine up yet, just bolted them on. I have camber bolts at the ready but how are you guys getting them to tuck in? Mine are XXR 530 8.75X18" ET20 with 245 wide tyres.

Thanks!

Gonna struggle to get those tucked in with the ET20 you have selected and the 245 tyre choice. I've got et35 and 225 tyres and will probably still need an arch roll.

That does look rather nice on your car!

Found an arch rolling company online:

http://www.archenemy.co.uk/

Even arch pull/stretch is quite cheap. Worth a look.

They are actually off Jura's wagon, I bought them just before the group buy opened. Jura has given me some camber settings to get them under but just wondered how others were getting on. I could run a 235 tyre but putting a narrower tyre on defeats the point of putting wider wheels on lol

That explains it then. They always stuck out a little on Jura's car too!

Depending what Jura had his car set up for he changed the settings a bit. From memory he used to run something like 2.0 negative camber at the front & 1.7 at the rear. Camber bolts should give you 1.7 deg negative.

I'll be fitting my camber bolts this weekend with any luck. Will try put up some pics before and after to see how much it improves the tuck.

Thanks, I'll have a look

I just bought x4 AD08Rs from blackcircles which seemed a good price but these were for the standard 17" wheels...and my camber bolts arrived today so will hopefully get the XXRs on soon
