I think that Jay, Matt and myself are staying there - I'm not too sure on what time to leave yet but probably around mid afternoon and meet others en route.

Hi, We booked late for the event but were lucky to be one of the last cars to be accepted on the Saturday Tour(,good heads up TY)
Just wondered if theres going to be a small convoy heading up on the Friday if so where are you meeting and may we join you.

Keep an eye out for a little closer to the time, I know Peter Pan, sniffmydiff and myself are going up on the Friday some time after lunch.
The route is yet to be decided, we can either all meet up in Builth Wells or Brecon depending upon the route we are going to take up.

I've had an email from the organiser of the event, he requires the below information for the Sunday show stand:
- Total number of cars
- Names of each driver
- Reg Number of each car
- Postcode of each driver
You can PM your details if you don't want to post them online, please can you do this ASAP.

Thanks to everyone who has sent their details to me, just a few more left to come.
The stand on Sunday is provided FOC by the organisers of the event, I think that all members on the stand should contribute £10 each which I will then pass on to Justin and he will give to the McRae Foundation / charities.

Any thoughts guys on the convoy going up on Friday,just checked the weather report for the area and it seems that we could be free of rain for the weekend but that is as good as it gets but hey we live in Wales
