Doesnt need blue seats and roof flap to be v limited look up type r v4 v limited .

Has it DCCD if not I'm pretty sure that makes it a V limited. Very few toys cause they where destined to be converted to rally cars think they came fitted with 2 pot front brakes also. Basically anything that wasn't needed or going to be used on a rally car was left off.

Look into it. Its to do with rally homologation a lot of the v limited came with no DCCD no electric windows 2pot front brake single pot rears basically everything that was going to be replaced.

Do a little more research fella.
You are probably getting a bit confused with a WRX Type R Vlimited which is of the same era as the OPs. The WRX Type R was a slightly less spec'd version.

I Think the OP is saying the v4 wrx type R had a roof vent.
The car he has for sale is a v4 wrx sti type r v limited which has not got a roof vent.

Car is lovely, I must admit I think the classic Impreza's look awesome......not a fan of the latest ones and I like the blobeye's but them classics
