A few people blowing off steam after work, possibly slightly the worse for wear with drink, decide to pose for an impromptu video of rather questionable taste? Yes, in the greater scheme of things, I think that's the very definition of trivial. Unless you're somehow suggesting that any or all of them genuinely are IS sympathizers?

So Harry doing Hitler impressions was okay?

OK, I get it now. Working in the PR industry, you've developed a far greater sensitivity to the image that people or things project than the average man on the street. Breaking news, the rest of us aren't that obsessed with it!

None of the major high street banks.
We have worked with a Swedish bank after careful research; they appeared to be striving to stay above board. I'd happily work with a proper ethical bank but there aren't many.

We have turned down potential clients many times when we don't feel they meet our own ethical code of practice.

Jon - you're a low rent lackey working for a bank. You are genuinely mad yet when things get a little tricky you play the "I'm not from the UK" card. You defend the most abhorrent actions of the banks, clinging to tiny details to try and prove your nonsensical points.

I run a decent PR company with my wife, dealing with very large companies you will come across every day. If I want "lessons" from someone, a cashier, 3rd line IT support or whatever the hell you waste your days doing is NOT someone I will call.

The thread is very simple - once again a bank has been caught out being very naughty. I don't care whether it was the CEO, the cleaner or a lackey like you - they REPRESENT their company and once again, they messed right up.

Now digest that for yourself and come back when you actually grow a pair and come up with a single, original thought. Oh and you also stalk my posts, banging on about me "boasting" about my life when I say the most minor of points. You're not only bloody useless, you're also another green eyed troll.

You have absolutely no insight at all do you?

Accusations of anosognosia? You do like to accuse people of mental illness don't you? Very curious for a so called doctor.

Like others, I'm deeply suspicious of your lifestyle claims.

What is even more curious is your pre-occupation with other people's careers/work and their associated status, perhaps to deflect what's lacking in your own.

Banks very rarely use external agencies so we haven't been approached or approached any.

We've worked with one Swedish bank on a project but that's all.

It's not really out bag anyway. Plenty of work in more interesting areas.

We work with one business with 15000 employees that you probably use daily. So we don't need to work with the corrupt, criminal banks. And never would do.

Except the Swedish one.

Would you employ anyone who has done work for a major high street bank?

Is this a test? The Swedish bank is famed for its ethical code of practice.
We haven't come across any ex bank people; I doubt they'd fit in anyway.

Are you after a job?

If it was you'd lose points for missing out a question and also for comprehension.

Its a bit harsh berating an entire organisation based upon the acts of a handful of in house lawyers. Who, incidentally, propably spend more time drafting the wording for loan agreements and bank account T&C's than anything else.

Banks tend to use external lawyers for the heavy duty stuff.

I used to think I was bad a generalising, but lets be fair here - 99% of HSBC staff will have had zero knowledge of the bank's wrongdoings, let alone be able to influence those specific actions.

Is it the guy who sweeps the floor at BMW's factory's fault that a 1 series is a bit, well, ugly? Of Course not - He didn't sign off on the design

They've managed to make the front a little better but completely stuffed up the back with the LCI model. Oops. But looks are subjective; the M135i has a few tweaks that make it look better than the rest of the range; the xenons with DRLs, the exhausts, the staggered wheels, the deeper front spoiler with no fog lights. At least it's not another bland one box design like the rest.

I'd say they are all fairly senior level staff who should know better.
