Thorpe sounds like a plan. i could do with my dose of Tidal Wave, Colossus and Detonator.

 

Find a pub near Thorpe park and arrange meet at the pub 2pm ish? Then the keen ones can turn up and ride at the park in the morning, then pop out at lunchtime to meet the non-park people. After that we can go back to the park or not, depending on mood/whatever.

Slight change of plan - as the Surrey Meet is advertised off-line as well as on-line (and June 9 have already been taken interest in). I plan to move the Theme Park day to the SATURDAY 8 JUNE, and keep the normal Surrey Meet on the 9 June.

How does that sound??

I think the Guildford/Surrey meet should be kept regular as it just keeps getting bigger and better and it would be a shame to halt the momentum of a good venue by changing the meeting place. Also as word of mouth spreads and is spreading its good to keep it simple, second sunday of every month...sam Bat-time ... ... same Bat-place!!!

ps...I can see your car being knicknamed the Batmobile...all we need now is a yellow and black sticker of the Bat! Eh

8 June - Thorpe/Chessington - BTW i've had an email warning me about Thorpe and car park security being very poor.. So based on that, CHessington???

9 June Surrey Meet - Newlands @ 1-1:30pm, 2pm leave Newlands, 2:30pm Anchor pub in Wisley, well near Wisley.
