I've had a cold and flu stuff and been feeling pretty ropey !

Starting to get better, however not sure if it is wise to go yet..

Any advise ???

Don't go. Not worth the effort. Heard stories of people with viral infections going to the gym once they thought they were over the worst of it and kicking the bucket.Plus if you ain't 100pct you won't try hard enough to benefit anyway.
Just IMHO.

Confirmed my thoughts - Plus the tempatation to put olbas oil on the rocks in the sauna may **** off the other members...

Oh well, more feet up in front of the telly !

The Steam Room at my gym has a menthol type 'flavour' added to the steam all the time. Very good when you are a bit bunged up.

If I'm feeling abit flued up, I just stick to the steam room and maybe a spar.

I thought you were not meant to use that stuff on sensitive areas. But yeah if someone started putting Olbas oil on their rocks in the sauna I would get a little annoyed.
