Default ECU codes, so what now?

I've connected the black connectors together and got 3 codes:

Oxygen sensor
Coolant engine temperature sensor
Pressure sensor (45)

So do i need to change all 3 sensors?
If so are these sensors easy to change or is it a garage job?

Its always worth doing an ECU reset to clear the codes, to see if they come back: Scoobypedia | Trusted knowledge for everything Subaru | Knowledge / ECU Reset
