Red face Intercooler to turbo pipe keeps blowing???

I have not long had my car back from the tuners, and its running 400Bhp. The one problem i have is the FMIC pipework to the turbo keeps blowing at one of the joins!

When i picked the car up it was fitted with Jubillee clips to all the hoses, and i was told to change them as soon as possible. After a few days it went bang and i ripped the threads off the jubillee clip all together

Since then i popped to Demon Tweeks (or demon thieves ) to pick up some Mikalor hose clamps. I have fitted these, and am still having the same problem!!

The only solution i can see is to visit a custom exhaust specialist and get them to make me some nice shiny high quality stainless steel pipes to replace the standard Autobahn 88 pipework, and to weld a rim to the lip of the piping so that when the silicone hose connection is clamped down, it cannot slip off.

ONly problem is, this is not the cheepest solution, but the last thing i want is to be going down 1/4 mile strip and pop goes the pipework!!

Any suggestions/tips/advice woulod be greatly recieved. Does anyone else have this problem??

Thanks

have the pipes not got barbs on them then? If not it might be a cheaper option to just get your existing pipes modified, and have someone weld some barbs on.
