Default Pop goes the Wagon

Well it had to happen!

A spirited launch, a shift to second and a loud bang! ooooops

Managed too get home with 1st, 4th gear and the sound of swarf getting eaten

Oh well, uprated engine and clutch, something had to die. Lucky she's book into Steve's on Tuesday for her 70k service.

Hello Zen, May have to get that DCCD box we spoke about afterall

Lucky the plaster is off so I can walk !!

Unlucky mate.

It must be a Saturday thing. I managed to shred third during a spirited drive this afternoon. Gearbox has lasted all of two months

Jason, Where abouts do you work dude?

Anyhow, gave Steve a call earlier and left a msg.He rang back and asked me to meet him at 1pm at his garage as he was popping over, dropped the Wagon out to him
so he did'nt have to pick her up on Tuesday.

note: this is a Sunday, yet again Steve has been a top bloke and proven independents give service you cant put a price on,beats a shiney show room and free coffee.
10+/10 mate.

So, she is now in Steve's safe hands and I am waiting on the news. PSW has probably started the next phase?

See you up QE on Sunday.

oh well, spoke to Steve earler. A wee bit more damage than 1st thought. Gonna have the box totally stripped and rebuilt now as most/all of 2nd gear has spead itself nicely inside the rest of the gearbox. Get her back end of next week
