Default Eclipse Internet - Broadband?

Having had a really, really terrible experience with Toucan in recent months, (their modem went down and they tried to blame BT, etc, non- existent customer service!!!

I am currently searching for a new broadband provider. Anyone any experience with these guys?

Looking for up to 8Mbps unlimited for around £15.00 a month - any suggestions??

(Don't have access to cable as live in sticks!! )

Thanks for your help.

do not touch with a ****ty stick

after 4 years of great service recently they really have taken a turn for the worse. there is throttling on all services (p2p, news, http). the speeds have been ridiculous (as low as 20kb/sec at peak times ). i requested my MAC (migration code) last week.

no chance for that price, most if not all have strict caps on them, any LLU's in your exchange?

Nope!!

When I say I'm looking for 8Mbps, at present we only get 2.3Mbps through the modem - think thats as good as it gets round here!!

my choice would be IDnet or zen, but neither are unlimited unless you pay $$$mega
