Absolutely perfect,
thank you very much.

Would you also have the tightening sequence?

In the absence of a sequence, I'd just start at a bolt near the centre and work outward in a diagonal pattern ....

Matey,

I ve got a citroen ax 1.4 diesel. Had to replace the HG due to leaks. Brought a metal HG from Citroen (£35+), new bolts, head was pressure / flat checked and okay. I followed the rec. settings, i.e. to a certain pressure, then turn a number of degrees. Put the car back together, started ok, but at high revs was leaking.

Anyway, had to buy another HG, do the job again, but this time, torqued up to 70nm. Bollox to that turn a number of degrees crap, never worked for me.

After that, car was perfect, and has been for nearly 30K miles now, and those are 30K HARD miles :-)

Tremendous car, great mpg ! If you need a spare head, I have one, pressure checked, flat, with cams, from a 106 1.4 diesel, thats only done 34K miles. I brought it for spares incase it happened again. £50.

M.
