You might get a few different answers here m8..

I asked the same question and am still confused..

Most folk seem to fit 215/40/17 as there is a bigger selection to choose

from ,Prodrive fitted 205/45/17 to the RB 5 and some people even go for

215/45/17

Let me know how you get on .. I think i am going to go for the 215/40/17...

I've got 215/45 on mine but they rub on the arches on hard cornering. The previous owner fitted these and I can't wait to get rid of them. Next time it will be 205/45 as prodive intended

I personally prefer the 40's..... 45's rub sometimes.. as above! and 205's are too narrow for my 7 1/2 inch rims...

215/40/r17 seem to work well with no rub and a slightly biger foot print then the 205's

215/40/17 as they are closer in size to the originals
