Hi,

Im thinking of buying my new car from these guys, the sales guy is really friendly and helpfull, anyone got any good feedback to give me regarding aftersales or servicing.

Obviously dont want to know any bad stuff because this thread will be killed, i suggest posting 'ive used them once' if you wouldnt use them again.

Can't specifically help you with aftersales or servicing request but i can say that i travelled from Newcastle to buy my first and present scoob from them and i was very happy with the deal that they gave me. I have never needed to get in touch with them regarding the scoob since and so cannot help in that department.
I would buy from them again though.

Just for the record, we get cars coming to us from all over the country for repairs and we get told and hear things about dealers all over.

Never yet heard a bad word about R N Golden.

Two of my friends take their cars there and have no complaints. I don't use them as I don't live near them.

 

Hi Simon, I cannot recommend RN Golden highly enough. The service I have had from them time and time again has been exemplary. The service manager Lee always goes out of his way to help. Ask for Lee and tell him that Maz recommended RN Goldens, i am sure you will not be let down.
