track instruction

As a new owner, I would really like to get a bit of driving instruction on a track. I live near Andover, so M3/ M4 corridor is good. Has anyone ideas of were I could go that1/ won't bankrupt me 2/ I am likely to meet a instructor that knows Scoobys. Cheers
