Seems footballers re in the mood for getting banged up ATM, what with Pennant getting 3 months behind bars for drink driving whilst banned (lenient IMHO).
The case of Timm and Flanagan has taken time, but in the end they've got what they deserved IMHO. Neither of them were likely to make it at United, at most Timm would have been mostly a reserve player, specially as there are some excellent youngsters to come through.
