Does anyone make an analogue guage which shows both oil temperature and pressure in one fitting?
Thanks,

View Full Version : Oil temp and pressure in one gauge? M_D_B 13 October 2001, 22:13 Does anyone make an analogue guage which shows both oil temperature and pressure in one fitting? Thanks, Martin. Danny Fisher 14 October 2001, 23:11 The only dual gauges I know off are the SPA guages. Very good units, plus you can choose how you read the pressure and temps. Dan M_D_B 15 October 2001, 00:09 Cheers Dan, I've seen these in Mike Tuckwood's car, and on Scoobymania's site, very nice but a tad on the expensive side. I'm looking at getting one of his twin pod A-pillar mounts, and would prefer an analogue one to match the boost gauge in the other space. Martin. Martin. PSI3 15 October 2001, 16:47 Martin try www.racebreed.com then got to the STI section, gauges are under 'electronics' simon edited because links don't seem to work??? [Edited by PCB - 10/15/2001 4:48:53 PM] JohnD 18 October 2001, 22:42 I have Mocal 52m.m. combined oil temp/pressure gauge and a boost gauge (white faced) mounted in the Subaru centre pod. The gauges were £52.75 and £21.23 (+vat) respectively from Burton Power. Check out www.burtonpower.com You will need to machine a sump plug to recieve the temp. sender. (did this myself - can supply drawing or machine a plug) Cheers JohnD Andy Tang 19 October 2001, 00:35 I found this at: http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/catalogue/racetech_pt1014b.jpg £57.75+VAT+delivery No connection with the company, just found it when search for a gauge Andy M_D_B 19 October 2001, 02:54 Thankyou gentlemen, I knew there were some out there somewhere :D. Martin. ZAZ 19 October 2001, 14:34 The only thing I don't like about that gauge is that it is mechanical so you'd need to have piping with hot oil in coming into cabin! :( They don't seem to do any electrical gauges like this otherwise I'd have been interested. |
