Does anyone know of a source that won't rob me blind for a single STI7/8/9 17" gold alloy? Dealer wants me to take out a second mortgage for one and I am loathe to buy a full s/h set unless there's anyone out there in similar need who I could share the pain with?

Second hand sets come up quite often for sale. Usually about £500 with tyres, or about £00 - £350 without, which isn't much different to the price of a single wheel from a dealer. You can then keep one as a spare, and sell the other two to other people looking for a single one (always seems to be a few).

You might want to try a few of the Subaru breakers, as there's bound to be some going about, if it's only the one you need.
