Paid up to become a SNplus member last week but when I check my status in UserCP it says there is no record of me requesting a membership pack, but when I request a membership pack I'm told, 'Sorry this is only available to Plus members.'

Is the pack sent out automatically, or do I have to apply?
Also why does my UserCP think I am not a member yet I am able to post in members only areas?

That's odd. The membership pack is NOT sent out automatically, you do need to request it.

Have you filled out your address details correctly in the "Update Address Details" link?
