Thanks for all the views and replies.

I'm still torn.
Had a bad experience at Day's when I first got the car last year. Simple warranty job on windows not closing. Car returned with same prob and both button housings on the door armrest broken!!

Tried Osbourne's for servicing three times and found them excellent with good customer service. They even spotted that the car had been 'superchipped'. Bit of a shock since the car was bought as a "Subaru Proven Used Car." However later when the car was back to standard it had a failing O2 sensor and would shake like mad. Despite having the car for an entire day their mechanic said he couldn't fault it.

Drove the car home (with the shaking as bad as ever) discovered Xtreme Scoobies who located the fault inside 5 mins, replaced the O2 sensor and Bob's your uncle.

So now I'm between a rock and a hard place, having been let down by both Day's and Osbourne's but still needing dealer servicing due to extended warranty. If it wasn't for the warranty I would choose Xtreme Scoobies without a second thought.

Crikey. Sorry for the long post.

Days were fine for me, turned up late morning, dropped car off, went to town centre on bus, back an hour later and service was done as promised, paid (£150, ~£15 cheaper than osbournes was) and went on my way.
