I was not sure if I shoud put this in DIY but here goes.....

I have a small wheel off a truck that has a tubeless tyre fitted which hsa gone flat. I need to pump this up but because its flat the seal has broken between rim and tyre so that when I try and inflate it air leaks out of the gap and it never starts to inflate.

How do I do this or does it need a specalist tool to start it off?
