Nissan Skyline GTR R34, V-Spec, 340BHP, Any good?

Dunno about a 340Bhp Skyline but the normal R33 v spec can't pull away from my normal MY00 Scooby both on the straight and around the bends(long story). Personally I always thought that one would be my next car but now i'm not so sure.
Mind you, you can mod them a lot more than an Impreza so that's a big plus point
