ABS and Indicator fuse keeps blowing

My96 WRX
15a ABS and indicator fuse in the internal fuse box blows every so often.
Doesn't seem to be when indicating or braking, usually when drving up a slight incline.
Recently did a clutch change, wondering if I could have left something disconnected??
