As it says....

Is it safe with standard engine internals and g/box or is it best to uprate everything. IF i had it I wouldnt use it all the time only if I needed too honest!!!!

A 50 bhp shot would probably be fine on the std engine, check out www.nasioc.com and do a search in the forums on NOS, it's far more popular over there

thanks guys, I dont think the Doc is doing it for my model only the STi , I am just looking for that wee bit extra rush
