Hi Guys,

Im arranging paddock parking for Rallyday 2003 for the Scoobyzone lot (Bristol owners), was wondering if anyone else wanted to tag along (just need confirmed numbers of cars wanting to park in our area...)

Some Details of the event (more at http://www.rallyday.com:

Alistair McRae is again confirmed as coming, and they are trying to get more guests (waiting for confirmations)...

Prices/Details below:
Adult Admission £8
Child Admission FREE
Track Sessions £20
Passenger Pass £5

1. Bookings are only available in advance and are strictly subject to availability
2. Track sessions are for 5/6 laps of Castle Combe Circuit.
3. Admission Tickets, Paddock Pass will be sent out by 1st August 2003.
4. Track Session passes are handed out on the day at driver sign on
5. Track sessions time slots are allocated in advance by the organisers. Car clubs will be run in sessions together wherever possible.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure you have your drivers briefing, noise check in adequate time.
7. Drivers and passengers will be required to bring and wear helmets
8. A Strict 100db noise restriction will apply. No refunds are available should you fail to meet the noise check.
9. Drivers and passengers are required to sign an indemnity form on the day
10. Drivers must attend a track briefing before driving any sessions
11. Castle Combe Circuit rules apply

I have spoken to Brian[MLR and Rallyday organiser] and although we can't sell the tickets via the SIDC Shop [VAT MAN WILL MAKE £1.40 a ticket and everbody else losses]

SO lets get a big turnout like Japfest

you book em yourselves, but in the area where it says Parking with Carclub put scoobyzone or scoobynet.

you can download the form on the scoobyzone site ..

I have ordered me tickets ..... I put on the form i am coming as part of SIDC will i get a parking permit sent or what???

 

yeah it will say on the ticket that you are parking in the SIDC area ...

FYI: Orders for tickets deadline is this monday !!!

 

Latest News: Stig Blomqvist, Alsiter McRae, Gwyndaf Evans, Tony Mason and Russ Swift will be the Guests.

Subaru Paddock should be really busy this year given the response & we are getting bookings daily. Please send forms in ASAP so we can get tickets out to everyone on 1st August.
