Ok so Easter Sunday I get a call at home from one of the managers at our small plumbing firm "one of the vans has been stolen..." "Thats ok I replied we have vehicle tracking..." Well after 15mins of logging into their web based system, I cant get in, I ring the Emergency number which for the weekend and out of hours support is transferred to Norway! After a further 15mins of trying to explain that one of our vehicles has been stolen he eventually cottons on and tells me I better call the Police as he doesnt have the numbers and cant tell me where the vehicle is as the system wouldnt update!!!

Luckily one of our plumbers found the van about an hour after it was stolen.

Then last night I get the call that the same van has been stolen. This time not so lucky. Another phonecall to Thales (Norway) and they tell me they are unable to find the vehicle!!!

Please steer clear of Thales Tracking AKA Orchidtrack.

Thank God I have a well known tracking device on my car that hasn't been supplied by Thales!!
