Serviced my car once and supplied some parts. No problems with them!

Muppet boy,

Had my 99 wagon serviced twice there. Cambelt and an interim, first service they overfilled the oil very marginally and I ended up with a sticky boost solenoid but they did sort it out VV quickly and were full of apologies, anyone can make that kind of mistake (I've done it since) otherthey seem to know their stuff and seem quite passionate about Scoobs. Don't know how they are for sales - aftersales etc but I've seen a few threads on here and nothing bad.
I spoke to the service manager about sales on new Scoobs when I was there last and he said they were going very well and they were very busy, I even had to wait 2 weeks to get in for an interim service and they had other cars stacked up to be worked on.

My theory is that a busy garage must be a good 'un. Go for it M8.

Hey Muppet boy, was it the Blue one they had in stock, because if I was I'm sorry but I bought it on Monday, haha. She will be on the road in the Andover area later this week. I got a trust exhaust and down pipe and induction kit pretty well thrown in on the price. David the owner dealt with me and touch wood so far he has been 100% excellent. Oh and I payed £24,500 with the extra work done including a 3 year war, years tax, mats etc and a full tank of fuel. Just waiting for me plate to be transfered on and she will be on the road.
I would recommend them on my dealings so far

I trust them to do all my "regular" servicing, no one else apart from Steve Lawson, Matt Clark (of Roger Clark Motorsport) or myself touches my car.

My old legacy turbo estate came from them... It was well looked after. Bobs post sums it up very nicely

How many people here would buy a car if all the servicing had been done by Steve Lawson??????!!!!!!! (Just about anyone if they had sense)

Thumbs up

Good people to do business with. If only all customer service oriented organisations were the same!
