Nick,

I've run one of these for quite a while and use it no problem, works fine. Comes in 2 and 4 port versions.

Cheers

Maplin are doing some dirt cheap ones (www.maplin.co.uk). Watch out for the price of the cables wherever you go!

You have 3 sets of cables. One set from KVM switch to each PC and a third set (the existing ones) from monitor, keyboard and mouse to KVM switch.

erm.... belkin seems quite highly rated here. I used the old omnicube 2 and 4 port switches at work and they worked great.

However, our recent testing on the new omniview failed so we have dropped the belkin range. Problem we got was when we switched between 2 pcs quickly the mouse started bahaving strangely (hanging up on some occasions).

We now use Adder Smartview for new installations.

edited cuz i can't type
