If it's anything like the version on PS2, it's fantastic.
No Holland though, and I don't know why.

Got it on pc so its pretty similar to the xbox version. All the FIFA series kick ***, so yeh get it. It's an improvement over fifa2k2 and fifa2k2 world cup, got a newer gfx engine and tweaks. It's the definitive footy game.

I havent played it but i think Internation Superstar Soccer 2 is better than FIFA 2002. I will let you know when i have got hold of it.
