I've not changed anything but recently I couldn't view some websites and now I can't view anything other than my homepage. I get some italian message which says ERROR

I think that's Italian - any idea's what's going on?

I've tried deleting all the history etc.

It's not like I can even visit the microsoft webpage!!!

It's atually spanish and translates roughly to:

hhhmmmmmmm, spanish. Can't say I've ever tried yo visit a Spanish website!!!

anyhow, I've mucked about and switched it off and it now seems to be working!

reset all the settings - deleted all the history. Switched off the PC and then tried it all again and it seems to be working for now!

Oh - swore lots, kicked the modem and then swore more.

I've noticed the 'bytes recieved' doesn't go up but I can still go to different pages on scoobynet but no other sites!

 

have you checked for virus's ? emptied all temp net files? try using window washer (app) not on a network though !

i would uninstall/reinstall the browser, check for windows updates unless you have hooky copies of the o/s and browser !

Check that your privacy settings havent changed in the internet seetings.
