I have to hand it to Peugeot, I never realised that they employed such cutting edge car manufacturing techniques.
The build quality looks ALOT better than the French made versions. Ford could certainly learn a thing or two!
Seriously though, anyone driven one and have the specs?

Which model 206?
I had a 206 GTI for 12 months.
Don't ask Dave T-S about them though

For example, I'm off to stimulate myself with beer in the pub tonight...

TV good, never done me no harm. Taught me speak it did, good I do it.
I know what you mean though, but the good stuff on TV more than makes up for all the rubbish.

I shall also be stimulating myself with the flashing lights and groovy sounds on the bandito machine.

just make sure you don't stimulate yourself with 'reckless' driving, whether it's fuel-surge induced or not!

I have to admit I didn't! But you know how advance these Peugeot car recycling techniques are. It's amazing what they can do these days

A good advert -
If they were in a maxed-up Nova, the expressions on their faces would be just the same.

The music is by Bangra Knights featuring Raul. Search for it on Kazaa.

Just a further thought......I've only seen the (hugely amusing) advert briefly twice, but it occured to me that they should do it the other way round - the car it starts with is, IIRC, a Hindustan Ambassador - a Morris Oxford from the 1950's, built under licence by Hindustan motors in India, and if not still made today then was until very recently.
Now, if he started with the pile of old **** and turned it into a Hundustan Ambassador, I would heve been even more impressed

An excellent ad, I did notice that it wasnt a cc though. Prehaps they couldnt get the roof to work properly on that version either.
Bout time you posted again Defiant oh and didn't you own a Pug?

 Yep, I own a piece of French crap, and to be honest I can't wait to write the bloody thing off, that way I can rid the world of another crap car. The running costs for it have been UNBELIEVABLE! It's cost around £1000 over the past 6 months to keep it on the road and it's only got a genuine 60,000 on the clock!
Talking of good adverts, does that Halfords ad make any of you guys laugh
