All too often we complain about service, however i would like to redress the balance.
Phoned Mill Lane in Basingstoke on Saturday morning to find out when they could book it in, Tuesday, great. They collected the car, serviced it, cleaned it and returned it to me. Service is 1st class, well done Mill lane.

I bought my car from Mill Lane, they were great, no complaints at all. They even gave me a 10% discount on my £45K service because it was due at time of purchase.

Also, because I don't live in Basingstoke, they came and picked me mup from the train station and brought me to my car.

Top dealer

I transfered over to mill lane after lancasters in pangbourne annoyed me once to many times.

Still have found absolutely nothing at all to complain about, everything is how it should be.

Dont have time for un-proffesional people and these guys always seem to just get it done with no problems at all.

I transferred from Lancaster Pangbourne aswell. Definetly better. Managed to get me a set of 4 PZero's at an incredibly low price. I'll be back there for my next service, without a doubt.

Transfered from Chapelgate to Mill Lane, got fed up with 6 week waiting list for servicing

Asked about a 20,000 service on Wednesday and was washed/hoovered and serviced on the next Monday

Liked them so much that I then went and bought an STI7 from them, proof that good service pays.
