Looks great. I think the white wheel wells look so nice on these,

I'm going to leave the engine bay on mine standard, but change every nut/bolt for new stainless ones. Little touches

Not a huge amount to report.

Spoke to AS Performance and ordered a Exedy pink box clutch kit, along with new spigot bearing. My spare 5 speed flywheel has been sent off for a fresh skim, possibly overkill as the clutch hasn't worn out currently but hey ho.

Bunch of parts were dropped off to the powder coaters yesterday, and should be ready Friday.

Decided to go with mostly grey, I've seen a lot of black stuff done and fancied something slightly different, a few of the brackets etc will be done in black to break it up a little.

Btw, the bolts that are in the pics will be replaced with new ones before installation.

My local club did a group buy on the looms, do I paid slightly less than I should. From JTi website they are £100 + VAT. Plus cost of coilpacks too.

Returbishd subframe was fitted today, along with super pro steering rack bushes. Not the best quality pictures, but you get the idea.

A lot of the other crusty parts will be either replaced or refurbed after car's out of body shop and I can spend the odd weekend on it.

So today, new Exedy pink box clutch and new spigot bearing fitted ( thanks AS Performance)

Plus engine has been slotted back in.

Unfortunately, the engine itself is looking a bit shabby but I'll get on that as soon as it's back home.
