This is probably a stupid question so apologies if so. Will a 35mm offset fit ok on a blobeye. I believe the offset is ideally 45 to 55mm but I have been looking for wheels for ages and have been offered a set of 18s pcd 5 x 100 et 35

They will fit but depending on rim size the appropriate tyre won't

 

They are 8 x 18 et 35 pcd 5 x 100. Tyres 215 45 18.
