Default Tyre question

So I’m all lined up for a new set of front tyres, going with Goodyears and I noticed they sell the tyre with a side wall strength of 94 and one with 91. The existing rears are 94’s.

Further googling showed that virtually all cars run softer at the front to dial out understeer, does anyone here do it on their Impreza?

For example:

SLR runs 245/35ZR-19 96Y at the front, 295/30ZR-19 100Y at the rear

M3 runs 245/40ZR-18 93Y at the front, 265/40ZR-18 98Y at the rear

The sidewalls will in all eventuality be of similar stiffness as the profiles are different
