so as the title the mrs blob had a jammed caliper, 2 pistons were stuck so got two new 4 pot calipers and swapped over there just now, then took cap of fluid and got the pedal pumped until through calipers then a wee clear tube on nipple and opening and shutting until i thought all air out, seems to be fine but the handbrake light has come on all the time now even when off.

any quick pms welcome, or why this has happened, i dont have a one man kit hence the missus pushing pedal

 

how much 5.1 would i need if i was to bleed all the old stuff out and replenish with new

 

is there enough fluid left in the reservoir ?

 

float in fluid reservoir could be stuck
that happened to me just need to fiddle with the little gauze piece in there

 

that could be the answer, fluid is at low shes going to get more but when i put the gauze filter back in a seen a float push down and never came back up i will have a wee fiddle with it

yeah think thats what it is, she on way back with 5.1 while am putting the other blob back together ffs theres always something with one of them eh lol.
