Default Cracked abs ring and damaged sensor 2003 blob sti, parts needed!!

Hi guys

Car is 2003 uk sti blob non wide track

Dont suppose anybody knows where i can get a rear abs ring from other than stealerships and im not sure if the abs sensor may have given the ghost up an all so possibly one of those an all???

Does anybody have a complete rear hub they want to part with with the above bits attached? Or even the ring its self and the sensor? Either way the abs light needs to vanish from my sight before it does me in!!!! Hate having unwanted lights on the display!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Cheers all

Craig

Contact here breakers,if they can help you with your query/question

I would have look first on the hub, which can cause this,in our case this cause ABS light, this has been down to the damaged rear hub

Hi jura

Thanks for the reply

I have stripped the rear down an have found a cracked abs ring and the sensor was bent out of shape??

I have straightened the sensor back out for now and the light on the dash does go out now and again on the very odd occasion but returns as soon as breaks are used, so im thinking i may be ok with the sensor but the abs ring is shagged! It has a big crack and is not sitting flush, so i think the light is down to the ring.

So anybody got a abs ring kicking about?? Or like mentioned i will take a complete hub if anybody has one?

Cheers!

Mate, it`ll be cheaper buying a second hand complete hub. Mine shattered one winter and the the new price was absolutely ridiculous

I found that no one would strip down a hub to take a ring off!
