Just a quick question on you that use Bluestuff NDX pads, they come with an adhesive shim on the back, i was applying copper grease to these to stop them from squealing, same with the red stuff pads i have on the rear. Are you supposed to apply copper grease to these shims or should the shims on their own be enough to to and brake squeal at low speed breaking.

They don't generally make a noise , like you say , take them out and clean all the dust out , if the pad on the back is squashed or damaged take it off and apply some copper slip , if you have the 4 pots fitted , bend the pad spring to apply more force on the pads to hold them in place better
Cheers Ian

Mine are squealing alot also, bought them from yourself a few weeks back, most noticeable round town 20/30mph etc.
Already removed and applied copious amounts of copper slip but the problem remains, can I bend the spring on mine Ian to remedy? (they are Brembo 4 pots), or will I need to scrape off the plastic shim fitted and re-use the standard pair of metal shims from old pads (these old shims don't look like they fit so well).
Regards
Dave.

Yes if you bend the spring it should hold the pads tighter in the calipers and stop them vibrating

I have them on some AP Racing CP6600's calipers on mine, ill try clean them out tomorrow, and take off the shims if they are damaged. Do you sell replacement parts for these calipers Ian, i might need one or two dust boots.
