I know this might sounds stupid, but how do i bleed up my calipers that have 2x bleed nipples?

Do i pump the brake pedal and then crack one bleed nipple then pump the brake pedal and then crack the other nipple.....?

 

Bleed the one closest to the fluid supply, then do the other one, then go back and do the first untill no more air bubbles come out.
