Bugeye WRX tyre size recomendations??? And tyre choice info???

Dad has just bought some new 17 inch alloys for his bugeye WRX wagon, Was wondering what would be the best tyre size for 7.0 x 17. And offset is 45 if thats any help!!!!

Also any recomendations on tyres choice and cheapest place to get them!!!

Should be 215/45/17 tyres, I personally like Goodyears Asymmetric 2's
