Default Replacement Pads

I currently have a D2 Racing brake Kit on my scooby (330mm 8 Pots), which currently needs new pads. However, i'm not sure what's a good pad to get, so i've been looking on here:

Can anyone advise of the following which to avoid/which to go for:

EBC Yellow Stuff £64.99
EBC Blue Stuff £72.99
EBC Red Stuff £64.99
Ferodo DS2500 £124.99

I've been warned against Red & Blue stuff as been told they aren't practical for road use, as they take a while to get warmed up? How true this is though, I don't know.

I would check which pads size they have listed as the prices are all wrong for the D2 8 pot front pads , these are the pads you need for them

They are the Bluestuff NDX , not the old bluestuff compound , not everyone can sell these , the price for the DS2500's are way too cheap , they are over £200 a set

I have Red stuff on my 02 sti but they came on it when i bought it so i cant compare. But while they do grip better when the is some heat in them i still feel safe when they are stone cold.

Just to let everyone know Performance Friction pad shape 7790 fits these callipers and is available in fast road and race compounds for compound definitions see our traders page (https://www.scoobynet.com/traders-co...on-brakes.html)
