Default Brake judder after being stood for a week???

Hi I left my car for a week without driving I for a week and now it has brake judder under hard to moderate braking?
I have had new pads about 1000 miles ago but not this problem before?

Does any1 have any ideas as to wat could of made it suddenly start doing it quite badly

I have done over 200 miles on the car and it's still doing...that's what I first thought as they were rusted up and took a while to quieten but now just a judder,

You have probably got a high spot of corrosion on the discs where moisture has been sat under the pads. This can take a while to get rod of but some hard braking for a few hundred miles may bed everything back in. Failing that a rub down or light skim may work or you may have to fork out on new discs.

So it's just a case of breaking gentaly again like re-bedding the pads in,

There's no need to strip them down to investigate further?
Cheers guys
