i assume that you have 2 pots? If so, replacing the fronts is dead easy, just unbolt the two 14mm (i think) bolts from the rear of the caliper and slide it off over the pads. Push the pistons back in (i used a peice of wood and some grips to push both at the same time), replace pads and push caliper back over. Replace bolts and hey presto!
You may want to clean up the calipers a bit at the same time and apply some copper grease to the sliding parts of the pads.

I have a my95wrx and did my pads this week.
Take off the wheel and undo the one 12mm (I think)bolt now rotate the caliper, remove the pads and clean up all surfaces including spring clips. Push the piston back in with a G clamp, apply copper grease to the rear of the pads and the bolt shank and refit. Hey presto - all in 15 mins per wheel max.
