Unhappy

Anybody else tried this combination, I was expecting them to be better than standard, but they are lethal when cold, and i'm still experiencing brake fade.

The discs are replacing the standard 4 pot size disks. don't have the part numbers, but they go 'Whhhrrrrrr' when you slam the anchors.

I may be changing the pads from the EBC Kevlar, as i'm thinking the discs 'should' be okay.

What are the best pads for the standard 4 pots? I'm not really concerned about brake dust or whether they eat the discs faster.

I'd rather some reliable fade free stopping at 100% of the time, and live with replacing the rotors a bit sooner.

Thumbs up

Pads of choice for 4 pots seem to be Mintex 1144 or 1155s or Ferodo DS2000 or DS2500.

I've got DS2500s and well happy with them. Minimal dust as well.
