Part number for pads with AP

you need to know which caliper your running as AP kits are not available in the sizes you quote as a factory part.........
presume you have an aftermarket kit with AP calipers utilized and therefore could be whatever part number the company has used?? most likely Godspeed/Hi-Spec/etc.??
there is a caliper part number on the lower part of the body which will help ID it or if you posted pad shapes/dimensions then that can be easily sorted also......
