Question

Just put 2 new front tyre's on, i know rear are low but is this likely to damage diffs ect..

Jason, shouldnt be a problem. They recommend changing either the front or the rear pair together, or even better all four at once.

I disagree. If the difference in tread is more than 1-2mm then you are putting extra strain on the centre diff. Personally I rotate my tyres (another can of worms!) to keep them at approx the same tread depth and replace all 4 at once.
