Default Handbrake Help

working on a classic (year 2000) and the handbrake shoes and springs are f**ked, just wondering if to fit the new discs and pads as my pal needs the car for work.

do u mean fit them with the hand brake shoes off??? that is wrong in eveyway. you can but shouldn't.

Thought as much thanks for settelin my argument I had wit my mate about this, could tell him until I was blue in the face and still wouldn't listen!

Just left the brakes in bits till he gets me the bits for sorting properly!
